Description
Hear the world-renowned psychiatrist Frederick K.
Goodwin, MD, discuss cognitive issues in bipolar disorder.
Dr. Goodwin will review the cognitive deficits associated
with bipolar disorder, highlighting their impact on
functional outcomes, and will explore the possible
cognitive effects of available and emerging therapies.
This activity consists of a prerecorded presentation
(approximately 45 minutes) and a prerecorded question
and answer session (approximately 30 minutes). Successful
completion is achieved by listening to both the presentation
and question and answer session while completing and
submitting the posttest and evaluation form.

Each teleconference will consist of a 45-minute presentation
followed by a 30-minute interactive question and answer
session with Dr. Goodwin. There is NO FEE for participating
in this activity.

of the activity workbook on the bottom of this page.
Registrants may request a printed workbook if unable
to download.

Audience
The target audience for this activity is practicing
psychiatrists and other clinicians who are actively
involved in the management of patients with bipolar
disorder.

Upon completion of this course, the participants should

specific to bipolar disorder
- Recognize the impact of cognitive
deficits on functional outcomes in bipolar disorder
